How long does shipping take?

The average order takes 1-4 weeks to arrive to your door, depending on your location. With the current state of the world, delivery times are not as concrete as they normally art as both Canada Post and USPS are currently unable to guarantee their timing.

What I can control and guarantee is that your order will leave my studio within 5 business days of your order, though it's often 2-3 days.

If you need your order for a specific time, reach out to me via or the chat before ordering and I can give you an idea of the likelihood of it arriving on time.

How are items shipped?

I use Canada Post and USPS to ship all orders. A tracked option is selected though sometimes the ability to track gets murky when there are borders to cross; you may only see it's progress before it leaves Canada. Items arrive well-protected in either a padded mailer or cardboard box.

Items are guaranteed to leave my studio with 4 business days of the order though it usually happens within 1-2.

Where do shipments originate?

Every item ships from my studio in Welland, Ontario, Canada.

Why are earrings sold as singles instead of pairs?

I believe that style is personal and with every single piece being a little one-of-a-kind work of art, I like to give customers the option of picking which two pieces make a perfect pair.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

Art pendants: Baltic Birch wood, acrylic sealers, acrylic paints, water-based varathane.

All hooks, jump rings, and chains are made from .925 sterling silver or 14k gold-filled wire. You have the choice at purchase which one will be used to make your piece.
